## 1. What is the Snapshot Program?
The JustGotMine Snapshot Program allows customers who have purchased a product from a participating merchant to submit a photo or short video (a “Snapshot”) of that product. In return, you may earn store credit with that merchant based on how your Snapshot performs — specifically, how many other shoppers use a discount coupon linked to your Snapshot.

## 2. Eligibility
To participate you must: (a) have placed and paid for an order containing the specific product you are submitting a Snapshot for; (b) submit using the email address associated with that order; (c) submit within 30 days of receiving your invitation email. One Snapshot submission is accepted per order line item.

## 3. Submission Window
Your invitation link is valid for 30 days from the date it was sent. After this window closes, the link expires and no submission can be accepted.

## 4. Acceptable Content
You must upload original content that you personally captured. Acceptable submissions include:
– Clear, well-lit photos or short videos of the purchased product in real use.
– Content that clearly shows the product and is relevant to the purchase.
The following content will be rejected:
– Stock photos, manufacturer images, or screenshots from other websites.
– Images or videos where the product is not clearly visible.
– Content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
– Content featuring minors without appropriate consent.
– Content you do not own or do not have the right to submit.
– Duplicate submissions of content previously submitted.

## 5. Moderation
All submissions are reviewed by automated moderation before being published. Submissions that do not meet content guidelines will be rejected. You have up to 3 submission attempts per reward slot. After 3 failed attempts, the slot is permanently closed and no credit will be issued. If your submission is rejected you will receive an email explaining why and, where attempts remain, how to resubmit.

## 6. How Store Credit is Earned
Once your Snapshot is approved, a unique discount coupon linked to it becomes available to other shoppers on the merchant’s store. Each time another shopper completes a purchase using that coupon, you earn a portion of the discount amount as store credit — up to a maximum cap equal to the value of your original order line item (the “Credit Cap”).

## 7. Credit Cap
Your total store credit earnings cannot exceed the value of your original order line item at the time the reward was created. This cap is fixed at reward creation and does not change. For example, if you paid $80 for a product, the maximum store credit you can earn across all referrals is $80.

## 8. Return Window & Credit Eligibility
Store credit is not issued immediately after your Snapshot is approved. A waiting period applies that covers the merchant’s return window plus a shipping buffer. This ensures that any buyer returns or cancellations are settled before your credit is finalized. The exact waiting period is determined by the merchant’s settings.

## 9. Effect of Refunds
If a shopper who used your coupon later returns or cancels their order, the earnings from that referral may be reduced or removed from your total. This deduction occurs before your store credit is issued. If the return window has already closed and credit has been issued, adjustments may not be possible.

## 10. Store Credit Issuance & Expiry
Once the waiting period ends and your earnings are finalized, you will receive an email with a personal claim link. You must use this link to generate your store credit coupon code. The credit code is issued by the merchant and is subject to the merchant’s coupon expiry policy. Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

## 11. Content License
By submitting a Snapshot, you grant the merchant and JustGotMine a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and promote your Snapshot in connection with their products and services, including on their website and in marketing materials. You retain ownership of your content. You may contact the merchant to request removal of your content at any time after submission.

## 12. Privacy
Approved Snapshots may be displayed publicly on the merchant’s product pages and on the JustGotMine platform. Your name and personal details are not displayed alongside your Snapshot unless you include them in your caption. Please do not include personal information (address, phone number, etc.) in your caption or visible in your media.

## 13. Program Availability
The Snapshot Program is operated by the merchant using JustGotMine software provided by Motivantage. Merchants may enable or disable the program at any time. JustGotMine and participating merchants reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program with or without notice. Pending rewards at the time of termination will be honoured where possible.

## 14. Disputes
Any disputes regarding your submission, credit calculation, or reward should first be directed to the merchant. If unresolved, you may contact JustGotMine support via the Help Centre. JustGotMine and Motivantage act as platform providers and are not directly responsible for store credit issued by merchants.
