Motivantage LLC operates Motivantage.com, JustGotMine.com, and the JustGotMine integrations for Shopify and WooCommerce. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information from merchants and customers who interact with our services.

1. Information We Collect

A. Merchant Information

We collect information necessary to operate the JustGotMine service for your store, including:

  • Store URL and platform (Shopify or WooCommerce)
  • Store contact email
  • Order metadata (order ID, order total, order date)
  • App configuration settings
  • API keys or tokens (encrypted)
  • Billing information (if applicable)

B. Customer Information

When a customer submits a snapshot through JustGotMine, we collect:

  • Photo or video uploaded by the customer
  • Optional text caption
  • Order verification data (order ID + hashed email)
  • Device and browser metadata
  • IP address (for fraud prevention and security)

We do not collect payment card numbers, passwords, or sensitive financial data.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Verify purchases and prevent fraudulent submissions
  • Generate and deliver customer snapshots
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our services
  • Provide support to merchants
  • Communicate service updates
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer uploads for advertising. We do not share data between merchants.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process data under the following legal bases:

  • Consent — when customers voluntarily upload a snapshot
  • Contract — when merchants install and use JustGotMine
  • Legitimate Interest — fraud prevention, security, and service operation

4. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary:

  • Raw uploads (original photos/videos): 90 days (for moderation, processing, and safety review)
  • Processed UGC: retained until the merchant deletes it
  • Merchant account data: retained while the merchant uses the service
  • System logs: 30–90 days depending on purpose

Merchants may delete their data at any time through their platform or by contacting us.

5. How We Protect Information

We use industry‑standard security measures, including:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
  • Encryption at rest (Google Cloud Storage)
  • Access controls and audit logging
  • Secure API token handling
  • No public storage buckets
  • No third‑party analytics on customer uploads

Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure. We encourage merchants to use strong platform security practices.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We only share data with trusted service providers who help us operate our platform:

  • Cloud hosting (Google Cloud Platform)
  • Email delivery (transactional email providers)
  • Payment processors (if applicable)

These providers are contractually required to protect your data.

We do not share customer data between merchants. We do not allow third‑party advertising or tracking on upload pages.

7. Customer Rights

Customers may request:

  • Access to their personal data
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of their snapshot or personal information
  • Information about how their data is used

To request deletion, customers may contact the merchant directly or email us at the address below.

8. Merchant Rights

Merchants may:

  • Export their data
  • Delete their account
  • Remove the JustGotMine integration
  • Request full data deletion

Requests can be made through the platform or by contacting us.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we learn that a child has submitted data, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” above.

Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
